Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Thank you for your review and good scores - we were very happy to read your kind comments about our team and the food at Lennox House. In regards to activities, I'm pleased to say that we have recently extended our lifestyle team with an experienced person to lead the programme - there will be lots of new ideas implemented, but of course if there are any activities that your mother would enjoy, just let us know and we'll be happy to look into it. In terms of cleaning, we do have a housekeeper working on every suite - however, we do realise that some areas do need some work to get back to standard, and we are currently scheduling contractors to help us paint and refresh some rooms. Thank you for your review, we were very happy to see your good and excellent scores, particularly for the care and the team at Lennox House. We were a little surprised by your comments about the atmosphere in the home, as this is not reflective of the positive feel we see in the home every day. Please rest assured that our rates of pay are fair and comparable to other providers – we also offer excellent incentives such as our GEM (Going the Extra Mile) scheme and excellent training and career progression. We do cater to all care types at Lennox House, from residential through to nursing and dementia care, so many residents will have very different needs, likes and personalities. For some, they will enjoy group activities and lots of music and stimulation, whilst others may prefer a quieter environment with more one-to-one interaction with the team – we of course go out of our way to cater to everyone, and make sure that every resident is comfortable and cared for in what is their home. Please do let us know if you have questions or suggestions now or in the future, and you are very welcome to pop in at any time for a cup of tea to see more of what we do.

I am a qualified General Nurse and came to the UK after training in Romania.

I assist the management with making crucial decisions, attending meetings, hiring and training new employees, evaluating business performance, preparing reports, and coordinating across many different departments, which demands excellent leadership abilities.
My emphasis is on the success of the team and ensuring that everyone meets the objectives.
What motivates me is the knowledge that my hard work and determination will lead to greater professional achievement. Respect, compassion, and dignity are key principles in my opinion, and I am accountable for ensuring good practice in person-centred care as well as guiding and supporting this approach in the employees I supervise.
