Thank you for taking the time to review our home, we really appreciate your feedback. It’s great to hear that you found our care home ‘warm’ and ‘welcoming’. Our team believe it’s the small acts of kindness that are able to have the most impact on our residents’ day to day lives and well-being.
With regards to the safety of our residents, we do assessments to ascertain if we are able to meet their individual needs before they are admitted to the home. We also carry out risk assessments for each resident which are regularly reviewed as the needs of the residents change to ensure the safety of all of our residents at all times.
Once again thank you for leaving this review, it’s through a feedback process that we are able to further improve our service.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home, we really appreciate your feedback. We think it is great that you find our staff kind and caring - we take a person-centred approach to care and believe it is the small acts of kindness that are able to have the most impact on our residents’ day to day lives and well-being. With regards to the cleanliness of the home, I am sorry that we have fallen below our usually high standards, this must have been an oversight as the cleanliness of our home has always been a priority and this was reflected in the CQC report in December. Nevertheless, we have taken this on board and will intensify supervision to ensure the cleanliness of the home is maintained to the highest standard at all times. As always, we have an open door policy and should you wish to discuss the issue further, our home manager would be happy to chat with you at your earliest convenience.
