My experience of this home has been nothing but extremely positive. My uncle was brought here in December 2019 and has been looked after amazingly by the team and quite recently, my aunt (his sister) has needed to have 24-hour care and there was nowhere better for her than Windmill Lodge. My faith in
them is so high as they are just brilliant at what they do and I know she will get the best care and in the first three days already, the dedication and care she has been given, (specifically by one carer in particular,) has been phenomenal. At a time where you cannot be with your loved ones, I am so reassured that they are in loving, caring hands. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants love, care, compassion for their loved ones. A big thank you to the manager - such a lovely, wonderful and caring lady. If I could give 20 out of 10, I would. Well done everyone.

My aunt entered Windmill Lodge 3 years ago and passed away on 15/8/20 at the age of 101. Suffering from extreme dementia and limited mobility, my wife and I feel she could not have received any better treatment and care than that received at Windmill Lodge. The staff were always polite and showed much
patience with her, which in turn, meant she was as relaxed and contented as she could be. The skill and dedication of all the staff is superbly reflected in the care home's success in the battle with Covid 19 - well done to everyone involved.

The Manager displayed great empathy. She was flexible, considerate, and highly professional. The home is an extremely welcoming environment. It is spotlessly clean and well organised and presented. The staff were very helpful and lovely. The garden was beautiful. All efforts were made by staff and management
to provide us with a safe and enjoyable visit despite COVID-19 and all its obstacles. This is a great home. Well done all!

This home is poorly managed, complaints are poorly managed especially when it comes to abusive nurses or when my grandmother has been promised work done to her room and it has still not been done nearly a year later. The food has always been poor quality which leaves my grandmother paying for ready
meals which are not deducted from her monthly outgoings. My grandmother deserves better.

Windmill Lodge care home S.W.2 My mother has been a resident since January 2018, the care she has received has been outstanding and still is. All the staff are so respectful, the care staff have a hard job, but they do it with love and dignity. The nurses are 100% dedicated to residents the individual
care is outstanding, although they are always busy they take the time to explain any problems to relatives, I cannot fault them! The rooms bathrooms and communal areas are kept spotless by a lady on the 1st floor where my mother's room is, laundry too is done with care, beds changed and kept clean. The care staff do a wonderful job with the personal care of residents they always look smart and clean. My mother now spends most of her time in bed, she is kept fresh and clean nightwear daily. I am very pleased with the care, so is my mother she is very happy at Windmill Lodge.

I have no complaint with regard to my sister's care at Windmill Lodge. The staff and management are very helpful in providing information requests and updates on what is happening in the home. However, one of my main complaints is the disappearance of my sister's clothes, but this seems to be an ongoing
problem.

In the six months that my mother-in-law has been in Windmill Lodge, we have had no cause to complain.
The staff are friendly and show extreme patience in their caregiving. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone.
The result of good work is more work. So keep up the good work.

It is difficult, on occasion, to gain entry as reception seems to be unmanned. No one answers the telephone - this may apply more at weekends. If one has travelled across London, or further, if it is wet weather this can be difficult, especially for the elderly.
