Bourne house in my view is a first class home, my mother has settle here and is looked after well in my option, keep up the good work to all the staff including a great management.

My wife has been in Bourne House for 15 months and despite her dementia is very settled and content. She is comfortable and well looked after by a very caring staff and activities team.
They cater to the individual needs of the residents and there are outings and musicians available. I am catered for
with refreshments when I visit and made welcome. I thoroughly recommend this home.

My Mum was looked after by Bourne House for over 4 years, at every visit we would find excellent and sensitive care being provided by all staff in a highly professional manner.
During Mum's last few days, we found the care being sensitive to her condition and her failing health, the family were encouraged
to visit with her during her last days and we were highly supported by all staff at all levels.
Mum passed very peacefully and the professional care continued throughout and beyond her final hours.
With all thanks to Bourne House for looking after Mum/Nan/Sister, you are all beyond outstanding in what you do.

We arrived unannounced and found our relative looking well, clean and presentable. Several staff were available to make our visit as easy as it could be. We were able to discuss our relatives ongoing medical and physical needs and left confident that our relative was in good hands.

My husband has been a resident for six months now and during that time, I could not fault the staff in Bourne House. It is plain to see that they care for everyone - not just the mechanics of what they need to do but the caring way in which they do it. Everyone is treated with respect and care. They
go above and beyond to ensure residents have appropriate activities at all times.

The staff have all been very welcoming to me and my Mum. I am only here for an hour a week to visit but during that time I observe that everyone is dedicated to caring for the residents and go out of their way to be friendly to them even during stressful moments.
