We are trying to avoid them as much as possible. Please be reassured that there are no more planned staff changes in the foreseeable future. We have a good team of staff at all levels who will try their best to provide the best care for all our residents.

Carter House enjoys a lot of sunshine during the day. It does occasionally mean that the lounge rooms do get quite warm.
For safety reasons, we are not able to open the windows wider than the health and safety regulations will allow.
We have installed A/C coolers in each of the loungers and have a few industrial fans.
Where possible, we offer to take our residents to the garden during the day.
I will pass your comment on to our manager to see if there is anything more we can do.

I will check with the social worker if there is any progress with this request. I understand that you are looking to move your Aunt closer to your family home. It is for the social worker to review this request. I will also contact them to see if there is any update on this. Thank you for your comments. I am really sorry you have had problems communicating with us.
There is always somebody at the reception during office hours and our senior carers are on each floor 24 hours.
If there is anything you would like to discuss please email carterhouse.admin@countrycourtcare.com or call us on 020 8946 6566.
We do have a dedicated wellness coordinator who offers a full range of morning and afternoon activities ranging from quiz games, singalongs and gentle exercise. We also offer bi-weekly bus trips for residents to various places in the local area. Please have a look on our Facebook page as we post a lot of pictures from each activity. We are always open to any suggestions from family and friends on what our residents would like to do.
I hope you will be feeling better soon and will be able to visit us at Carter House to review by yourself.

We are also waiting for the weather to become a bit warmer so we can take our residents to enjoy the sunshine in our garden (which as we speak, is having its spring clear out). We have a garden competition taking place in April where all the Country Court homes will be competing for the best garden. We are aiming to win! (with the residents' help of course).
