Eastbury Nursing Home has 10 single rooms and 5 double rooms and is a home for residents aged from 40 years with both physical and mental health needs. However younger people may like to be considered. The home is situated in a quiet residential area and has an enthusiastic approach when caring for residents with disabilities and special nursing needs. Eastbury’s aim is to ensure each resident enjoys the best possible quality of life they can.

Eastbury offers nursing care, comfort and friendship in a home from home environment. Staff receive regular in-house NVQ training. The home believes care is a partnership between staff and residents and friends and family play an important part and are invited to be involved.

Eastbury provides 24 hour nursing care and offers a range of daily activities. Residents can relax in the home or gardens or go on excursions. Residents’ friends and family are always welcome.

The end of life care my mother is receiving at Eastbury Nursing Home is amazing. The staff are very professional and also compassionate towards my mother and the family. In these difficult times, they have accommodated us within the guidelines set out, to make sure my mother was able to see her family.
The staff are a true credit to their profession, towards care for my mother and us. We are truly grateful to be blessed with such people in our lives.

Very welcoming, make you feel like one of the family. Always including you in any matters, be it medical or other matters. Very pleased my dad has been here, you do not have to worry so much about him being looked after as the staff are brilliant.

Made to feel welcome and, even though our father has only been a resident for 3 weeks, he seemed content, relaxed and looked well cared for. The staff are very professional, caring and considerate during discussions with regard to our father's care which we found very comforting.

My daughter as been treated with tlc from her first week in the year 2000. Following an intervention emergency in 2012 every care and concern has been given to her recovery so that today she is well on the way to being more like her old self although she will never reach full capacity. She is included
in outings and parties as she wishes and is always having her personal needs, hair, manicure/pedicure, massage, clothes cared for in a happy friendly way.

Job Title: Manager

Joined: 2020

I joined MD Homes in October 2020 as the Home Manager of Eastbury Nursing Home and Mountview Care Home.


I have over 20 years of valuable experience in the NHS and for the past 4 years, I have worked in a social care setting. This coupled with my background in information technology helped me achieve excellent knowledge of care standards and health and safety legislation. I am able to effectively lead, train, supervise and motivate our team.


My main focus is on providing person-centred care and understanding exactly how each individual would like to be treated. I am committed to leading both homes to provide very specialist care in the right environment for people of age 40 and above with mental health, learning disabilities, physical disability and dementia. I love my job because I get to support individuals in being as independent as they possibly can be.
