From the outset, the manager and staff made my mother - and myself - welcome. They were reassuring and very supportive in a difficult situation.
Every effort was made to meet any requests and staff were caring and kind. Activities were arranged and offered on a regular basis with a dedicated member
of staff who really made a difference to visits and to feeling at ease.
The home is very clean and laundry is done on a daily basis very efficiently. The garden is kept well and enjoyed and any odd jobs in rooms are dealt with immediately.
The nurses are always on duty and will attend to any queries and worries - and call the Dr when needed. Most importantly, it felt very safe leaving Mum in their care.
Chiropodist, optician and dentist visited regularly and any extra visits by physio/hearing consultant/hairdresser have been welcomed and accommodated.
The staff take their work seriously - taking their lead from an excellent manager and meet daily to share health issues of patients.

My husband was in a hospital in August 2017, the hospital decided that he cannot be looked after at home considering the nature of his illness. So they found him a place in Ealing Nursing home, luckily a room was available then. I cannot praise them enough. All the staff are so lovely and caring. They
are so welcoming and always smiling. We are so grateful to the staff and have the consolation that he was looked after well in the last stage of his life.

Looking for a care home is the hardest thing to do as putting trust into a care home where your loved one will reside for his future stay is something that is very stressful ensuring your loved one will be well cared for. I must say my father was a resident of Ealing Manor Nursing care home, and it
is the best home that we could have ever wished for. Our dad was very well looked after and cared for daily. The staff are amazing and very welcoming each and every day. The home was always clean and never smelt unpleasant. I would recommend this home to anyone who wanted a care home that was professional, clean and tidy and Matron and staff were incredible. 5* recommendation. Thank you all for caring for my mum's husband and our dad.
