Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.
Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and that you felt our service fell short of the level consistent with Greville House. We appreciate you reaching out as we can only learn and improve from all feedback we receive. Please be reassured that residents' privacy is paramount to us and we will be reinforcing this in our team meetings. Our menu is designed by Care UK chefs with considerations for nutritional needs as well as special diets. We have a range of dishes available with at least two choices of main meals on the menu, however if a resident would like an alternative option this is always catered for when requested. Our home manager would be more than happy to discuss your third point privately and welcomes you to contact them to discuss your concerns further.
