Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.
Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

We are grateful for your constructive feedback. Your mother has been with us for close to a year and within that time, we have tried to accommodate her every need, which includes our staff making sure her hair was cared for when the home hairdresser was unable to come in due to COVID. We do a full dependency analysis for each resident, which is used to plan your mother’s care team, in order to ensure that care is safe and appropriate for her needs at all times. However, we do take your concerns seriously and will pass your comments to the home manager, who will be in touch.

We always aim to provide the best care possible to all our residents and their families and we are sorry that, in this instance, we did not meet your expectations of the level of care provided. Prior to admission, we carried out a detailed assessment of your mother’s care needs before she was discharged from hospital, ensuring other care professionals and family members were fully involved in this process. This involvement continued throughout the duration of your mother’s stay with us and further support was enlisted as your mother’s needs increased. Your feedback is very important to us and while we do not want to go into the detail of your mother’s particular circumstances on a public forum, we would encourage you to contact us to discuss this in more detail.
