Very pleased with the way my father is cared for.
However the home is advertised as luxurious, this is not the case.
Also very pleased with activities arranged and provided by the home.

My father was transferred to the Primrose Suite for Palliative care, Although he was only here a short time I found all the staff very caring and his last few days were made as comfortable and pain free as possible.

My mother in law was moved here from the hospital in May 2016. The main problem with the home is communication with the resident's family. There have been numerous problems surrounding this issue. When she arrived the care home seemed like a very caring environment and to a certain extent it still is,
but some carers and nurses are below the standard that you would reasonably expect. We have also recently learnt that senior members of staff are leaving, this on top of the departure in September of the homes manager. This is a very worrying development.
