I am sorry that you feel you did not have a positive experience during your mother's stay. The care we provide for our residents is of the utmost importance and we take any criticism very seriously in the hope that we can learn from it.
We have a team of trained staff with considerable experience in the care industry. Our staff undergo regular refresher training courses and work hard to give our residents a quality of life that incorporates their dignity and privacy. The home is currently being redecorated and we have dedicated domestic staff who work hard to maintain a safe, clean environment. Our staff go the extra mile and have put forth an extensive effort to keep our care home safe and free of Coronavirus. I will contact you via e-mail to discuss your review in more depth.
