Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your friend lost their hearing aid, we have been searching for this and will continue to do so (the glasses have been found). There have been some changes within our staffing team but happy to say that this has now settled with a new Home Manager in place for 2 months now and less agency and more consistency in our care delivery team.
