My Italian roots and passion for good food have guided me from a young age towards the world of catering. After completing a five-year course of study at catering school, I decided to embark on an international experience in London, a city I considered essential for honing my skills and becoming a top-level chef.
The years spent in London gourmet restaurants allowed me to acquire a solid technical foundation and a deep knowledge of international culinary trends. However, it was the almost accidental encounter with catering in care homes that marked a turning point in my career. The joy and gratitude of the residents after a well-prepared meal offered me unparalleled satisfaction, prompting me to dedicate myself to this sector.
For about eight years, I have held the role of Head Chef at various private healthcare companies, where I am committed to offering a quality culinary experience, attentive to the needs and tastes of the guests. I am a curious and creative cook, who loves to experiment and transform ingredients into unique dishes, like a painter who uses colors to create a work of art. My attention to detail and meticulousness allow me to take care of every aspect of the preparation, leaving nothing to chance. I love working in a team and creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
My determination and passion for catering have driven me to return to my studies, enrolling in a degree course in Hotel & Business Management. My goal is to expand my skills and become a successful Food & Beverage Manager, able to combine my culinary experience with a solid knowledge of the hospitality sector.

I am in charge of activities at St Johns nursing home. I work closely with residents to organise a range of stimulating activities tailored to the residents interests and abilities.

Prior to working at St John's I have had experience as a Community Volunteer Befriender in the NHS and as a Honorary Assistant Psychologist. I have a BSc Psychology and I am currently undergoing further education, completing a master's degree in the field of psychosis. I am motivated by my passion for mental health and my desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

students at high school level. I hold a diploma in business subjects, and I am committed to fostering
a love of learning and academic excellence in every student I teach. As a dedicated Maintenance
Officer, I am committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment for the
residents and staff at the care home. I have developed a strong understanding of the unique needs
of a care home setting, where the safety and well-being of individuals are paramount. Proficient in
Microsoft Office and known for strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
