My father is very happy here and we are very satisfied with the care he receives. The management and staff are very professional and friendly.

Looked after by carers who appreciate that certain care needs are required - from lifting to cleaning as 24-hour care is required.

The home is tidy and rooms are good sizes. Management and staff are helpful and friendly but not sufficient to complete high dependency care.
Meals need to be more varied and suitable for residents nutrition. Overall ethos is comfortable but care staff needs regular training.

Staff very kind, caring and efficient. There are times when there is not one member of staff in the dementia unit lounge I believe this to be illegal.
There needs to be some kind of activities arranged to stimulate the residents rather than leaving them just to sleep all day.
