Lansdowne Care Centre is located in a residential area near the centre of Cricklewood. There are shops near by and local amenities, public transport and road links are convenient.

This purpose built care home provides nursing and social care for older people who are physically frail and older people who have mental health needs such as Alzheimer's disease.

Accommodation at Lansdowne is provided in en-suite single occupancy rooms. The home provides TV lounges and a quiet sitting room to relax. Meals are served in the separate dining rooms provided and residents can select from the daily choices provided. Traditional home cooked food using local produce is served.

Lansdowne has regular visits from an optician, dentist, qualified chiropodist and hair stylist.

A varied programme of activities is provided.

I regularly visit Landsdowne Care Home, it is very clean, tidy. And the staff of this care home are very helpful, supportive. Activity coordinator always encourages the residents to participate every day in different morning and afternoon activities. The activity team are very good. I am very happy
for my friend, he is in a good place.

I am genuinely so happy we have chosen Landsdowne Care Home for my grandad as this is the best place for him. I know they are looking after him in the best way possible. My mind is at ease thanks to all the staff, they are all lovely and polite and very very caring! They make everything and everyone
feel calm and how they are with my grandad - we know he is relaxed!

After arriving at Lansdowne one year ago, my aunt (who suffers from dementia) was withdrawn, scared, difficult to handle and had no appetite. She is now content and enjoying the activities and food. She recently celebrated her 100th birthday which was a wonderful occasion. She is so lucky to be at this
wonderful care home where all the staff look after her so beautifully.

We have visited my aunt several times since she entered this care home. We have been impressed with the care and compassion shown by the staff towards her. When she recently celebrated her 104th birthday, staff went out of their way to make this as memorable and comfortable as possible for her and our

My grandad has been a resident here for many months now. I found it to be a place that truly cared for its residents. The staff display immense dedication, compassion and professionalism at all times. My grandad's needs are met with the utmost attention, and the team goes above and beyond to this minute

Dedicated, loving, and genuine staff that treated my mum with the utmost respect and dignity. Staff ensured my mum was happy and settled throughout her time. Mum saw this as a home with all the high-spirited staff. Couldn't ask for more, would recommend it. Thank you for everything! She loved you all.
I am so pleased to have been offered this care home for our dear friend. Love and care radiate from all the staff at Lansdowne. The facilities, activities and management are of high quality. All of this gives me confidence and peace of mind. Good all around. My mother is happy at the place she is looked after even though there is a language barrier. We are here not long ago so only initial experience. Since our friend entered Lansdowne Care Home we have been impressed by the care she has had. Her room is pleasant and personalised by her photographs and special documents hanging on the wall opposite her bed. Her meals are beautifully served in the dining room or in her room.

One of the most important thing for me was cleanliness and hospitality and I was really pleased to see that it met to my standards. I don’t usually visit Care-homes but when I did, the hospitality was exceptional and had an amazing environment surrounding them. Very lovely staff members to talk to and

My father has been here for a year and for the most part we are very happy. Two staff members in particular are excellent carers and keep Dad's spirits up. The facility is clean and the food is of good quality. The nursing staff are very kind and keep us informed of Dad's health. I feel that we have
chosen the best place and Dad is in the right hands.

Geoffrey

Geoffrey Odur

Job Title: Home Manager

Geoffrey began his career in the Health and Social Care sector in 2005. He has gained a plethora of knowledge through his roles as a Support Worker, Activities Officer, Residential Care Manager and now Home Manager. He has his level 4 in Leadership and Management as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Geoffrey was awarded the Margaret Butterworth Award in 2011 for all of his work and achievements. He prides himself on building strong relationships with families and friends of residents, involving them in the care of their loved ones.


Outside of work, Geoffrey loves running marathons, listening to music and watching sports such as Formula 1 and athletics.
