My husband has been living at Magnolia Court for one month. He has adjusted well to life in the home: the carers and the nurses are doing a great job at looking after his needs and keeping him comfortable. The home is very clean and well furnished with homely lounges and excellent TVs. My husband enjoys
the activities especially the quizzes and animal visits.

My brother stayed at Barchester Magnolia Court Care Home for two weeks respite. I visited regularly and was very impressed with the home. All the staff were warm and welcoming to us. The care that my brother received was second to none. The food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

A close friend is currently a resident in Barchester Magnolia Court Care Home until she regains her health and is able to return home.
The staff at Magnolia Court, from the manager down, all show great concern for her well-being, especially as she had some mental issues and was refusing food and drink.
With their care and encouragement, she is now starting to slowly improve.
The home always looks immaculate and the staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful.

My mom, who has dementia, received respite care after a fall where she was initially hospitalized, then transferred to Magnolia Court. At that time I received daily updates, videos and pictures of Mom's daily activities from staff. Mom attended daily social events, some in costume. Mom is happy and
smiling in the pictures. My mom, who for decades had volunteered in the community teaching Tai Chi, while a patient at Magnolia, was able to still teach Tai Chi. The care at Magnolia is individualized for each patient. Her care during her stay was exceptional. I have visited Magnolia on several occasions, As a nurse I have witnessed exceptional caring acts by staff. The care home is kept very clean, the food excellent, the decor very lovely, and the entertainment and variety brilliant. Mom has also been in receipt of wonderful community outreach, with the staff inviting Mom to entertainment events at Magnolia. Thank you to all managers and staff for providing exceptional care.

My mother move to Barchester Magnolia Court Care Home from another care home. From the first day my mother was at Barchester she has had the very best care possible. My mother is a difficult person and is suffering from many problems but all the time the carers have been superb with so many of the staff

Hello, my name is Cosmin and I am the Operations Manager here at Magnolia Courts.


With almost two decades of experience behind me, beginning as a volunteer in the emergency services, to working my way as a trauma paramedic and registered nurse until eventually working in management, I am lucky to be able to share my wealth of knowledge with the team during my time here.


I’m thrilled to be supporting a great team, and I am grateful for their steadfast support. I’m looking forward to working together with the mutual goal of supporting and enriching the lives of the residents here.

I have been working at Magnolia Court since 2013. I started as an Adult Registered Nurse which led to an opportunity to be a Unit Lead for our Memory Lane dementia community.


This allows me to apply my nursing and management experience, caring for our residents and staff in all departments, giving me satisfaction with the support I am able to provide.


I also enjoy giving my input in ways of leading the home toward providing an excellent service, enriching the lives of those who live here and those who work here too.


Aside from work, I play the guitar, support Tottenham Hotspur Football Team and enjoy walking my pug whose name is 'Pon', every day, which is a great comfort to me.

I qualified as a chef at Hammersmith college in 1999. I had a love for cooking since I was a child, my siblings and I helped our mum in the kitchen and as we grew up and took it in turns to cook to help our mum who was a nurse.


During my career as a Chef I have cooked at a number of wonderful and interesting places such the BBC, Westminster Council and The Royal ballet. I had the pleasure of cooking for Darcy Bussell, The Lord Mayors and Princess Margaret.


I love cooking as it enables me to be creative and make people happy at the same time. I was inspired by my mum and always wanted to cook with in health care. I really enjoy meeting and getting to know residents. It makes me very happy to see the delight and enjoyment my food brings to people.
