I have spoken to the Home Manager and Area Manager who assure me your complaint has been responded to privately and addressed with CQC and safeguarding who are satisfied with the action taken by the home and response to the complaint. Our mum didn't want to go into a care home, but she needs 24/7 care. Knowing that our mum is in a place where they are being respected, professionally cared for, gives us piece of mind. Our mum also tells us that the staff are great and they look after her well.
For the residents who want to join in the different activities, there are plenty of them. You can see some of the pictures and crafts that the residents have created, which are displayed throughout the home.
I would recommend this home.
