Thank you for your review. We are glad that you were happy with most aspects of your friend's care in the two months that she was with us, despite concerns about her staying in bed at times during the weekends. Your friend, who came to us from hospital, was very poorly at times. We don't insist that residents get up if they are not feeling up to it. They are never alone, as our carers, nurses, activities staff and housekeepers regularly check on a resident who is staying in their room. Each resident has a call bell to summon extra help at any time of the day or night, if required. However, we appreciate honest feedback from our residents' families and friends, and work closely with them and our professional colleagues to ensure that our care is the best it can be.
