In June 2021 my mother entered Wimbledon Beaumont Care Community and was deeply unhappy. In the subsequent 18 months, this has been transformed into happiness, peace and acceptance. Thank you, Beaumont.

We feel very fortunate that my father could be cared for at the Beaumont. It is a happy place, despite the challenges that failing health, memory loss and old age can bring and while it was not his home, my father did feel at home here and the staff went to a lot of trouble for him. The food was a particular
pleasure. The main challenge was sometimes communicating with so many different people at times, but when difficulties arose they were quickly and professionally dealt with. Cleaning rooms thoroughly (emptying drawers etc) may also need more attention. Overall, a big thank you to all here for your kind and competent care.

Mum was a resident here for almost exactly two years and immediately called it 'home'. She arrived during the pandemic but the staff made it easy for me to have a lot of contact with her via Skype and phone calls. Once visiting was possible again I really enjoyed going to see her as the staff made me
feel so welcome and many became like family to me.
She loved to join in the activities and to sit in the reception area where she could feel part of all the comings and goings! A fussy eater at the best of times, she did put on some much-needed weight and enjoyed the food - especially the constant supply of coffee and cakes!
She had a lovely room and was lucky to have access to a terrace as well. Her needs were very well catered for - and I loved to see the pictures and videos of her on Facebook, joining in with the fun and she always said it was one long party! A number of staff have been there for many years which is unusual and shows what an excellent and well-managed care home this is.

After a very upsetting experience with another care home, we were delighted by the kindness shown to my husband at Beaumont Wimbledon. The staff are considerate and highly professional. Because of his dementia, my husband can be very difficult to manage and needs supervision but he is invariably treated
with dignity and respect. The high level of trained staff is very reassuring and the dementia wing is unobtrusively very secure. The availability of the local GP is a bonus. His room is small, cosy, and nicely furnished but he usually prefers to join in the many activities. The meals are excellent and nicely served. All care homes should be like this one!
I should also mention the kindness shown to my daughter and myself at a very emotional time.

My relative settled in well and has made steady progress to current independence, enjoys a good relationship with all the staff (who are incredible ambassadors for this care home) and many other residents and joins in with various group activities of interest. We are happy as a family, particularly

Overall excellent. Comfortable spacious room with all the necessary facilities. All-day visitor access. All the staff are well trained, friendly and professional, all very helpful. The meals are varied and nourishing and in my case specifically tailored to my post-operation needs (Pureed).

My father having been in hospital for a period of time, needed care and support that we could not offer in the home. The Wimbledon Beaumont have been able to give an excellent hand of care, reassurance and family support which I can recommend to anyone who needs close supervision/palliative and or old-age
care. My father at 91 feels very looked after and supported.

My husband is a resident at Wimbledon Beaumont. He has been there for three months and has settled in extremely well. He likes everything about the home. The staff are wonderful and look after him extremely well. The facilities are excellent and he has a lovely room with a little garden. The food is
very good and the dining room looks like you are in a hotel setting. What I like is the atmosphere is always happy and cheerful just like the staff. I highly recommend the Wimbledon Beaumont - it is amazing!

Having relocated from Dorset to Wimbledon on the eve of the first lockdown in March 2020 I was apprehensive. I was also very weak and in need of dedicated care after a second severe stroke. The manager, staff and carers at Wimbledon Beaumont were excellent. They quickly assessed my needs and established
a routine where I felt safe, secure and cared for and enabled Covid safe visits as often as possible throughout the pandemic. Excellent.

During this period of Covid lockdown. I have found the manager, cares and staff of Wimbledon Beaumont to be exceptional in their dedication, professionalism and attitude. They face the pandemic with courage, commitment and with compassion. I felt they listened to my needs regarding my father's care

I have lived at Wimbledon Beaumont for four years now. I have no experience of a care home but can say the carers treat me with respect and dignity. If I have any problems or worries the manager is always available to talk to as well as the head of care and the nursing team. I am very happy to be a
resident here.

Absolutely amazing, outstanding. I have never seen a care home provide a service as this one. Mum's care was administered perfectly and I was always made involved and kept informed in all stages. The staff and admin team were very friendly, welcoming, hospitable and sympathetic to the needs of my mother
and myself. It is a shame we could not move Mum here sooner as her quality of life, we feel, would have improved significantly. Thank you Barchester.

I am enjoying my stay at Wimbledon Beaumont, the staff are attentive and the food is delicious. Recently we had a New Years party which was organised by the staff and was enjoyed by all. The spirit was good. The staff were completely involved and made things go with a swing. The refreshments were excellent.

Barchester Wimbledon Beaumont Care Community is an incredibly well run place with a charismatic, inspiring and caring manager. The staff went to a lot of effort on Monday 20th July 2020 to put on a surprise birthday for the manager. It showed what a wonderful atmosphere there is which of course makes
the residents' and relatives' experience very very good.

My name is Khushkaran. I am the General Manager here at Wimbledon Beaumont. Myself and my team look forward to welcoming you into our home.


I began my nursing journey in India and moved to the UK in 2002. Starting my career as a care assistant, I completed the Overseas Nurse Program, obtained my PIN number, and began practising as a registered nurse.


My passion for elderly care led me to join a nursing home in 2004, where I progressed through various roles, from nurse to senior nurse, then unit manager, clinical lead, deputy manager, care services manager, and eventually General Manager.


I love my job and am deeply committed to both my residents and staff. I firmly believe that happy staff create a positive environment for residents, which is my top priority. Every day is an opportunity for me to learn and improve my leadership skills, helping me provide the best care and support to those in need.
