My very dear friend has just died after living in the Beaumont for a few years. Throughout her time living there, the care she received was beyond excellent. The staff are fantastic and should be highly recommended for their work and commitment.

I can't rate Wimbledon Beaumont highly enough. I knew that this was a first-class home from the moment we arrived when a group of carers came out to welcome my mother and help her out of the car. Never once during her two weeks respite did the care fall below excellent standards, from the silver service
dining room to the friendly lounge, the wide range of activities and the personal care/attention. I was touched by the genuine love shown to each resident by the carers, they made the residents smile and feel safe. I would highly recommend Wimbledon Beaumont as a warm, caring, first-class home for the elderly.

My wife has been most carefully nursed and cared for during the last month she has been here, recovering form a broken hip. The staff have been very kind and attentive and treated with respect, someone with poor hearing and memory loss and of considerable age.

This first experience of respite care has been very positive and reassuring for us. Nothing was too much trouble for staff and we were particularly impressed that whoever we spoke to, from the receptionist to the manager, all were fully briefed of his situation. He felt very much seen, heard and cared
for and it has given him confidence knowing there are others outside the home and family who can be relied upon should the need arise. Thank you one and all.

My mum has been in this home since June. I viewed plenty before this one. When viewing I just thought this was the one and it felt so friendly and homely. The manager and her staff are very nice and you can phone and talk to any staff any time of the day. Any concerns are dealt with straight away excellent.

Although I have only been here for just over three weeks (respite care) I have enjoyed my stay.
The staff and management have been very friendly and caring and I made friends with a lot of the residents.

I live in an apartment next to the care home but can use all its facilities. The staff are excellent. I say that it takes a lot of energy to be cheerful all day.

Over the last 12 months, things have got better since the change of management. I have been very fortunate in having carers who have understood my special needs. They are sensitive to my feelings about being washed, becoming more disabled being slightly disheartened about my health. After 2 years I
now feel Wimbledon Beaumont is my home and the other residents and staff feel like my extended family.

My aunt has been in Wimbledon Beaumont for 4 months now and finds it quite satisfactory. She's just had her 100th birthday there and the home put on a good party. Food/meals there are excellent and she loves the chef! Although she doesn't take part in many of the activities are very good. The management
are extremely helpful for all her and my requirements.

My mother lives in one of the independent living flats and feels it's her home. She values the help and attention given by all the staff team. The new manager is excellent and takes interest in all residents. A very welcoming home, standard of services and activities cannot be faulted. Clearly the best

Barchester Wimbledon Beaumont encompasses everything that is important in a care home. The staff have a genuine sense of commitment and compassion. The enthusiasm and family feel comes from the new manager who is professional, personable and successfully motivates staff who in turn work as a team and
take pride in all they do.
The home is clean and modern and the catering resembles a five-star establishment. I would thoroughly recommend the Beaumont.

I live in a flat in Beech Court, the independent living block next door to the Beaumont nursing home. I particularly value the independence of living in my own flat while supported by the care facilities and resources of the Beaumont. I have always found the staff and services excellent and I greatly
appreciate the personal interest which the Manager takes in the residents. I warmly recommend the Beaumont home and the associated Beech Court flats.

This facility looked after my 98-year-old mother in the last days of her life. The care and concern shown were exemplary, even when family were present, the carers looked in very regularly to check her and to make sure the family was getting everything they needed.
Following a very bad experience at
another home, this home clearly showed what excellent care looked like. I have no hesitation recommending Wimbledon Beaumont.

My husband was in respite care for two weeks in Beaumont Care Community.
As the carer of my husband, I visited on a daily basis. He seemed very happy and well looked after. The atmosphere on entering was always welcoming, friendly and warm. All the staff I met at reception, carers, nurses, activities
organiser and in the restaurant, also managers were welcoming and knew me and my name and of course my husband; all those factors helped towards a successful respite.

I have been here for 6 months. The care has been excellent as has the food. I feel that at times there needs to be more caring staff as they are trying to get residents up and dressed and more staff are needed so that all residents can be seen quickly.

My name is Khushkaran. I am the General Manager here at Wimbledon Beaumont. Myself and my team look forward to welcoming you into our home.


I began my nursing journey in India and moved to the UK in 2002. Starting my career as a care assistant, I completed the Overseas Nurse Program, obtained my PIN number, and began practising as a registered nurse.


My passion for elderly care led me to join a nursing home in 2004, where I progressed through various roles, from nurse to senior nurse, then unit manager, clinical lead, deputy manager, care services manager, and eventually General Manager.


I love my job and am deeply committed to both my residents and staff. I firmly believe that happy staff create a positive environment for residents, which is my top priority. Every day is an opportunity for me to learn and improve my leadership skills, helping me provide the best care and support to those in need.
