We are sorry to hear that this friend of a resident feels this way. The resident left our accommodation over 9 months ago and a lot of improvements have been made to advance the End of Life care being given to the residents here including embarking on an End of Life programme called Gold Standards Framework and we have had many 'thank you cards' and 'feedback' about the exceptional care being given at End of Life for residents since this event. Thanks for the feedback, with any feedback we would continue to improve the services we offer to our residents.
