Queens Court is based in the heart of Wimbledon SW19. This unique city boutique care home is located in a residential street just minutes away from the train, tube and tram service. Easily located beside the newly rebranded Wimbledon Quarter, Queens Court offers person centred care to those who require respite, convalescence, dementia and nursing care.

Staff are well trained in Dementia Care, up to date clinical courses and the Gold Standards Framework for End of Life Care. The home always has qualified nurses on duty as well as senior care staff. There is a ‘getting to know you’ booklet and the team know residents very well. They provide exceptional personalised care and offer a range of activities to meet everyone’s likes. A retained GP visits every week or when required.

The team ensures that the residents feel comfortable, maintaining their independence and ensuring they feel as active as possible. The Activity Co-coordinator organises amazing and interesting events and outings in the minibus. These activities are part of the package of care.

The Head Chef and his team ensures that seasonal menu in the Courtyard Restaurant and room service is of the highest standard and quality. The produce is fresh and they are trained to provide the required textures if required.

The spacious, contemporary interiors all have Wi-Fi access and are conducive to relaxation and create a feeling of relaxation and homeliness. Some bedrooms have their own patio space, all have flat screen televisions provided and can accommodate personal furniture and pictures.

Queens Court also features extra services such as physiotherapy and a visiting beautician.

I visited my friend today and took her out for coffee. Before visiting I contacted the home to explain I was recovering from a hand operation and would be grateful for help with my friend's wheelchair in getting to and from the cafe. From the moment I arrived at Queens Court, the staff arranged everything
beautifully and my friend and I spent a very happy morning together.

On my frequent visits over the past eighteen months, I always see how well the staff care for my brother-in-law. He has a very complex set of mental and physical needs and Barchester Queens Court Care Home has responded well to support him with these. He is happy and content in the home, he gets on
well with all the staff and enjoys all the activities. They are extremely responsive to his medical needs, resulting in avoiding any serious complications.
I am extremely grateful to the whole team at Queens Court for their exemplary care. It is clear to me that this a well-run and caring home. I would recommend.

All the staff at Queens Court are very caring and professional in relating to residents. They take a special interest in individuals and communicate well with family to ensure the residents' needs and wishes are met. Visitors are welcomed and provided hospitality. It is very reassuring to know that

My mother was extremely weak and her confidence was very low post a difficult series of chemotherapy treatments. She spent 4 weeks with the team at Queens Court and her condition and confidence were transformed enough for her to confidently return to her own house. All aspects of care, food, attention,
support and nutrition were exceptional and I would happily recommend to any other people in the same situation.

I had the pleasure of visiting this home recently. I was very impressed from the time I stepped into the waiting area - the lounge chairs looked smart and very comfortable. The residents were all well-dressed and cheerful. The staff were smiling and very friendly. The hallway was airy and well lit with
nooks furnished with some comfy chairs for catching up or reading. Congratulations to the staff of this well-maintained facility for providing our seniors with the best care and respect that they truly deserve. Keep up the good job.

The Ritz Carlton of Care Centres! My mom has been staying there since February 2023. As difficult of a decision it was to admit my loving mom to a care centre. I am so pleased with the outcome. We were very impressed by our first visit to Barchester Queens Court Care Home. We were warmly welcomed, given a tour and shown to our friend's room. It was lovely to see our friend happy, comfortable and smiling. She had had some physio and was looking forward to a Namaste relaxing therapy session.
We were then sent off with some homemade cookies and encouraged to make a return visit soon.

Can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. My friend is very well looked after and every time we come here everybody are very helpful and kind. On our last visit, they kindly arranged for us to have a meal which was lovely.

I visited this lovely care home a few days ago to see a friend of my mother! I was so impressed with the level of care she is given and how happy she seemed. The staff all seemed so friendly and they seemed to be interacting with everyone so patiently. I have been to other homes but this one certainly
stood out Residents looked happy relaxed and well taken care of. The home smelt amazing and I did not feel sad when I left I realized the residents are all well taken care of!

This purpose-built home always seems clean and fresh smelling, and the best use is made of the little garden. I am reassured that the manager is long-standing and passionate about the home she runs. The staff are professional, cheerful and friendly. They support residents in a range of activities, including

Mum has been in Queens Court Barchester since November 2022. She now refers to this as her home it’s all due to the excellent care and wonderful comfortable environment. Its good to see Mum enjoying the numerous activities and she loves being pampered getting her nails manicured and taking out for

I have visited Barchester Queens Court Care Home three times and enjoyed lunch on each occasion, plus a birthday tea party for the friend I was visiting. My overall impression is very favourable. The atmosphere is very friendly and reassuring, as are all the staff.

I joined Barchester Healthcare in 1998. Before that, I worked in the NHS where I developed my passion - Caring for Older People. After I qualified as an RGN, I continued to develop my career by studying BSc in Nursing Studies, a Diploma in Orthopaedics and an MSc in Health Sciences.


The team and I are committed to ensuring that the residents have a good quality of life. This is working with evidence-based practices or projects like nutrition, non-pharmaceutical interventions, and life story work and we advocate the Whole Home Approach Model. We are proud to have consistently achieved good reports and reviews from those who know us. This is a very happy home and you are very welcome to visit us.
