Open Visiting is generally between 11.00 up to 19.00 hours 7 days a week.

The Manager of Ravenscourt Nursing Home has had communication with Mr M K pertaining to the care of his father who is a resident in our home. All the requests for information or actions have been dealt with as a matter of priority and have not resulted in any request for further action, or unhappiness with the response. With reference to his menu and diet, we cater for him as an individual, respecting his right of choice and he has gained weight and is in fact within his normal value range for weight and BMI. The management of Ravenscourt have an open door policy to ensure that all concerns or issues raised can be dealt with by senior management. I am sorry that Mr MK has not raised the concerns highlighted in his review but remain committed to providing the best care for his father.
