Although dad was only here for a short period of time, the staff took excellent care of him.
They were also amazingly supportive of me when my dad sadly passed. The facilities are excellent, and the food was better than what I cook! Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing staff, every single one. My dad was very distressed when he arrived. They have made all the provisions to make him feel like family and like it's his new home. He now smiles and laughs, he is a new man. Each and every member of staff have a special part to play. Thank you all so much.

My mom is being looked after and careed for very well. She had deteriorated a lot lately and is now on palliative care so she now needs more care than ever. The home is clean and the food is good everyone is also taking the measures to keep coved at bay.

Cannot fault the care my mother received over the six months she was there. Especially in the last seven days. My husband and I visited her most days in the short time she was there.

Well cared for and looked after so well. Making the end of his life comfortable. Not only was Dad taken care of but the family were taken care of too.

More help, care and assistance was given to my mother in the 13 days before she died in this care home than in all the previous 7 months of purgatory she spent in a housing complex with 24-hour care.
I am so saddened I did not manage to get her to the lovely home sooner. All the staff here, whatever
their job, are caring, patient and helpful.

Mum was placed here after problems and a safeguard at her previous home. The Grange was wonderful. Every day mum was clean and comfortable in bed. The nursing staff were very good and attentive and caring. The staff were friendly and helpful. We are so happy that mum's last days were spent at The Grange.

My dad was at Romford Grange from April - November when he sadly passed peacefully away at the age of 99.
Dad was very happy, he enjoyed the company and activities. All the staff were very kind and caring.
Sometimes when I visited, he would shed a few tears but they were happy tears, he used to say
how lucky and fortunate he was to be with such nice people.
Thank you to all the staff who looked after Dad.

Our uncle was moved to Romford Grange, from hospital, when he required end of life care. The nursing and care staff were wonderfully supportive of us and helped my Uncle through a very difficult end of life. The manageress was brilliant. The other residents all seemed to be well cared for and the staff
were very pleasant and caring.

My mum spent ten months in this care home until she sadly passed away.
She had excellent care from everyone at this home, from every staff member, from house-keeping, catering, care and nursing staff.
We felt Mum was treated like a family member (and so did I) and her passing was treated with such
dignity, a special thank you to the nurse who was on duty at night.

The carers are always kind and helpful, there are the odd few that aren't so helpful, but on the whole they are brilliant.
Always kind and considerate. They do a great job and our relative is happy and gets on with most of the staff. The food is very good and he enjoys it. He eats very well. It's nice
to know that he has made some good friends and he is happy.

My mother has been at this nursing home for a few years now, she is very happy, joins in some activities.
She is very well cared for, she eats all her food (for puree it's very good).
I don't have any worries about my mum's care.

The activities are really good and entertaining.
Food is lovely and fantastic and dished up nicely and presented well.
The care is good, now and again there are little problems but the manager always seems to sort the problems out.
Mum is very happy here and doesn't have any problems.

A welcoming and friendly home. All the staff are kind and caring. The manager has an open door policy and is very supportive. The nurses and carers are very competent and treated my mother with respect and dignity. The team leader, activities coordinator, administrator, kitchen, laundry and domestic
staff do an amazing job, I cannot thank them enough. They are a great team. I would recommend Romford Grange without hesitation.

“ I joined the company Romford Grange in September 2022 and I have to say I have settled down pretty quickly. I had to go through every detail at the home and see what was safer and more efficient for the residents, staff as well as the care home. Taking into consideration every complaint and looking for solutions to resolve these issues eventually made staff, residents and family to have to trust me. I show my staff appreciation by celebrating their birthdays and staff of the month. My Aim is to create a happy friendly and safe environment for my residents as well as for my staff. This will only happen if we work as a team at the Romford Grange and I am looking forward to bringing more positive changes to the care home. We are a big happy family.
