Every time I visit, I find the staff are very friendly and helpful. The home is always clean and tidy. My Great-Aunt seems happy and well looked after.

Since my mum has been a resident since January 2015, I have seen a change in the home, the staff have always been very helpful. I certainly would recommend Seabrooke Manor as the overall standard is excellent. It is good to see it being updated. The activity staff add a bonus to the residents as it
keeps them occupied.

I stayed for over a week. The staff were fantastic and catered to all my needs. The food was well prepared and the services overall were brilliant.

A female member of staff was very polite and understanding of a difficult situation. She was extremely understanding of our difficulty and although we were personally stressed with what we had been told by the care home, due to some difficulties with seeing our friend due to a misunderstanding. She
was very respectful, polite and professional in her manner. This was not the first time we received her helpfulness, politeness and professionalism. A great asset to the care home, if only all staff were as caring and diligent to the people in their care.

My father was transferred to Seabrooke Manor in August and my family have got to know the staff who we have a lot of praise for, as they provide a good level of care in a safe environment for him. Overall we are satisfied with the care provided to my father.

Aunty is very independent by nature but she is very happy and settled at Seabrooke Manor. She is deaf and finds communication difficult sometimes. She doesn't take part in activities provided but is always actively involved in her room, reading etc.

I find everything really nice all the staff are all caring and very able. I don't have to worry about anything. They look after me very well. Anything I need they provide me with no trouble.
