We are always keen to hear feedback from relatives and so I was extremely sorry to hear your views.
I can reassure you that we monitor carefully when alarms ring in the home. We thoroughly review our records to ensure they have been answered promptly.
It is hard for our catering team to meet every resident’s preferences, but we try our best. I have to say that we do receive many very favourable comments about the food the team prepares.
How a resident is cared for and their own preferences for when they like to receive elements of their personal care has to be respected. However, we would not be able to attend every resident at exactly the time they prefer.
You will be aware from our conversations that the home did struggle to obtain the information it needed from the district nurses team, but that issue was soon resolved. You did feedback to us about your Mother’s preferences. My understanding from the team is that we dealt with this straight away.

Thank you for your review. I am conscious that notwithstanding your feedback you were hoping that your uncle would return to live at Beaumont Park were we able to cater for his needs. The team here were saddened to learn of his passing and we send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
I want to thank you again for sharing your feedback about the service and I can assure you that we are using it as an opportunity to learn and improve.
You raised the issue of staffing levels, and I am keen to emphasise that whilst every care provider is struggling to attract sufficient staff in the current climate, at Beaumont Park we always operate at safe levels of staffing. We are enormously proud of the team here and how they continue to always deliver even in difficult times.
