My mother has been well treated during her long stay with The Manor. The staff are committed and very pleasant. Over the years there have been continued improvements within the home. The home is very clean and tidy. There is always a nice welcome when you enter. I do hope the fees don't go up again
for a while.

My mother has been at The Manor Care Home since November 2021. She is well cared for and happy in her new home which has given our family peace of mind. The wonderful staff have worked extremely hard through management changes and some difficult circumstances to provide a very good standard of care,
from cleanliness, quality of meals, interesting activities, dignity and comfort.
The grounds are fabulous and well kept, with the new management in place. We look forward to improved digital connectivity, room upgrades and staffing levels. Thank you so much.

Mum came in last September following a series of strokes. It took her a while to settle in, always missing home. She has settled and misses her old life, but knows it is the best option (the cost is colossal which has almost eaten her savings).
She loves two members of staff who go out of their way
- others too. She is safe and very well looked after.

A very welcoming staff, who are so caring and cheerful at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. There is a friendly atmosphere at the home and the residents all seem happy and encouraged to take part in activities. A great place to be.

My husband has spent one good week in The Manor care home. The entrance to the home is very light, spacious and welcoming. The view to the back of the garden from the front door is very good. His room on the ground floor was well decorated, big, with enough furniture and a large bathroom. There was
a nurse station outside his room which was comforting for him. The carers and nurses were all well dressed, so friendly and patient to my husband. The meals were good and we were always encouraged to share them with him. He was taken to church on Sunday and his care for daily routine was very good.

My mum moved into the Manor Care home a year ago. She has a lovely room. She can go for a walk in the extensive beautiful grounds. She compliments the food regularly and has settled in well. She takes an active part in the many activities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you, Manor Care home.

I had the opportunity to have a discussion with my GPs, carers and other professionals before I had my first meeting with the manager of The Manor. It is obvious that the management is robust, and there is a sense of good leadership. The team is well supported, good morale and dedicate too. I have made
the appropriate decision for my wife to be cared for in a relaxed and safe environment. She appears to be comfortable, and she is treated with respect and dignity. This is also confirmed by friends, families and colleagues. Thank you to the manager and the team.

Mum has really settled well, with a beautiful room looking over the terrace and beyond to gorgeous grounds, which she often enjoys a walk around. There are daily activities to join in and it’s great to see them well attended when we pop to visit. The friendly care staff have got to know Mum and us,
so we feel welcome each time we call or visit. We feel confident Mum is being well cared for, is safe and stimulated.

My mother has been at the Manor Care home for just under a year. I can’t thank the management team enough for how they swooped in and rescued my mother from the hospital, who were trying to send her home to an empty house, after major surgery. The staff have been so welcoming and have given Mum the
care and support that she needed to build up her confidence again and take away her worries. We couldn’t be happier with her care.

We were anxious about leaving our Mum in care after a horrible experience elsewhere. The staff at the Manor have been exceptional. They have taken the time to get to know Mum very well and they support and care for her with enormous compassion. The staff always have time to listen to us and respect
our and Mum's, wishes. After each visit, we leave knowing that our lovely Mum is safe and well looked after.

My mother-in-law lived at The Manor for the last five years of her life and died at the age of 93.
The entire time she was there we were more than happy with the care she received. The Manor really seemed like home to her and that was because they really looked after her individual needs and she felt
loved. The last week of her life the love and care she received was truly outstanding. Well done to the manager and your excellent team.
