We appreciate your comments on medication, and we are reliant on the response times from the GP and delivering pharmacy service in relation to medication, and we are sorry if the pharmacy service is slower than expected. Our Acting Manager is always happy to discuss any aspect of care with families if they would like to contact her.

Thank you very much for your kind comments about Glebelands. We do try to cater for the food preferences of all residents, and there is always a choice of options for each meal. We recognise that some people do not enjoy spicy foods, while others do like them, and so we try to offer both options. In addition, if anyone doesn’t not fancy what is on the menu, our Chef is always happy to provide an alternative. We are sorry if laundry is a concern, and if there is a problem in this area, please contact the acting manager, who will look into this. Our Acting Manager is always happy to discuss any aspect of care with families if they would like to contact her.
