As we had previously discussed, this was a very complex situation that was carefully managed by our team, and I am very sorry this remains your view of the care given to your son whilst he was living in our care home. I would like to assure you again, as we did previously in meetings held, that our staffing levels were, and continue to be, safe and appropriate to the needs and dependencies of both the residents and the staff within the home.
