I’m sorry you feel disappointed with aspects of your mothers-in-law's stay with us, and hope you were able to discuss this with our Home Manager when he contacted you. We pride ourselves in ensuring we deliver the best care to our residents, however unfortunately during the time your mother-in-law was with us, we were faced with staffing challenges due to Covid-19.
