Overall Experience

I am very impressed with Mandeville Grange. My sister-in-law is very happy. The staff are wonderful. They will always make time to talk to me. It's a very 'homely' care home. It gives me great peace of mind to know she is being cared for and is safe.

Overall Experience

I have found the facilities spotlessly clean, warm and homely. The staff are friendly, kind and very caring. There is a pleasant, friendly, happy atmosphere and it is very professional. My relative seems comfortable and relaxed. The precautions put in place throughout the Covid pandemic have been thorough

in every aspect, as well as sympathetic to the relatives' situations.

Overall Experience

Staff are extremely caring, friendly and attentive. Moreover, the staff are mostly permanent, rather than agency, thereby giving the residents more familiarity and reassurance. The home has a real 'family' feeling all of the time.

Overall Experience

Overall Experience

My mum was looked after with empathy, sensitivity and unobtrusive care. She was not someone that needed constant companionship but the staff at Mandeville Grange were there when she needed them with a smile and gentle words of encouragement. My brother and I know that she was happy and well looked after

in her final weeks. We will be forever grateful that Mandeville Grange has provided us with good memories of Mum.

Overall Experience

I knew nothing about this home when my Father got released from hospital and admitted to Mandeville Grange. I was lucky he came here though! The staff were amazing, very friendly and always smiling and very respectful towards all residents. My Father was happy and settled from the moment he arrived

with the welcoming atmosphere of the staff. He, unfortunately, spent less than a week here and everyone ensured he was comfortable at the end. I work elsewhere in care but I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very supportive and resident-focused nursing home. The care is outstanding! Well done and many thanks to all the staff!

Overall Experience

My family have been associated with Mandeville Grange for over seven years. They took great care of my brother's mother-in-law until the end of her life and then looked after my father until he passed away in February and up until now, they have cared for my brother. Overall Experience

I have found the care provided for Mother to be of the highest standard. The staff are excellent as they show and demonstrate a wonderful caring nature. The home is clean and although it is an older building, it has been modified and is suitable to cater for its residents.

My mother received wonderful care from all the staff at Mandeville Grange. Highly recommended. Staff were always very helpful and always treated my mother with respect. Communication was also very good. The staff would always contact me via the telephone if there were any issues.

Overall Experience

The home has a caring, family atmosphere which permeates from top-down and bottom-up. It is shown by all staff and that includes cooks, cleaners, office, maintenance. The staff are never too busy to take the time to show residents understanding and kindness. I feel at all times that the residents are

well cared for. I am always kept informed of my mother's progress and it is done with personal touch. I am delighted with the home.

Overall Experience

I was completely satisfied with the attention and care my wife received during the 4 1/2 years she was at Mandeville Grange.

There was always assistance if I wished to take her out in the early days when she was able and a warm welcome on her return. In the later years when she required more attention,

it was always there. The Grange was homely with the advantage of being able to give attention generously to all, having less than 30 patients.
