Most of my career has been in the areas of mental health, learning disability, behaviour therapy, neurological care and rehabilitation, before progressing to Head of Unit and then to Hospital Management. I have previous experience within the care home sector, which for me has been the most rewarding of the healthcare specialities I have worked in.
