Thank you for your feedback Jackie; at Neath House, we take feedback from our residents and their families very seriously. Our team strives to create and maintain a homely environment where those living here can relax, ensuring that every resident is enjoying life here through our regular activities and events.
As you know, we have recently refurbished some areas of Neath House, creating a new café for those living here and their families to make use of. During the renovations some older items were removed from Neath House, however, you will notice that many new sensory items have been introduced for those living here to enjoy, including new dolls and prams. Our facilities haven’t been compromised through our recent renovations, and those living here can still enjoy a variety of spaces and things to do.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any suggestions for Neath House, as we are always open to feedback and ideas in order to improve quality of life for each of our residents.

Francis is a qualified Electronic computer technician, but since moving to the UK, he has completed a caregiving course and has vast experience working at Bedfordshire Hospital. Francis now helps to manage the day-to-day running of Neath House.
