Since starting at the home a review of the process for sickness and absence has been completed and measures taken to ensure that this is all coordinated by the on-call manager, ensure staffing numbers are maintained at weekends as they are during the week. The pandemic has been a challenging time for us all and I appreciate your feedback in relation to communication. We are working with the unit teams to ensure communications occur more frequently and effectively.

Job Title: Essex Regional Operations Manager
Essex Regional Operations Manager, Diana has a wealth of experience and knowledge from across Health and Social Care Sectors.
With over 16 years of experience, Diana started her career as a Health Care Assistant in a neurosurgical hospital and went on to train and qualify as a Nurse in Romania. Since coming to the UK in 2016 as a Nurse, Diana has had various roles leading up to her first General Manager role in 2017.
Diana’s experience in developing a team’s knowledge and skills through leadership and mentoring is something she is passionate about and is looking forward to supporting RCH Care Homes across Essex.
Another part of her role as Essex Regional Operations Manager that she loves is, ‘inspiring a great team to make further differences to the lives of the residents, making sure they are living their best life possible and that everyone feels it is a nice place to live and work; because it’s a home from home.’
Whilst not a work Diana enjoys travelling, keeping up to date with world news and being adventurous; this year she took part in a Sky Dive!
