  • Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
    of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.
    Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible. There are no additional fees
    for respite stays.

    other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
    an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Can't fault this home. Staff are brilliant with patients. I have no comments to make. Absolutely amazing home.

My sister has been a resident of Haven Lodge since February 2018. Her care has been excellent in every way. If I have any questions all I do is see the senior carer or admin and I am given an answer. Also, my sister's named carer is always willing to discuss her care in detail. Nothing is too much bother
for any of the staff, from the Manager down, through the grades. Well done all.

Mum was nursed and cared for during the last six years of her life by the staff at Haven Lodge. The hard work and dedication to achieve a safe and comfortable environment for all those vulnerable people in their care give peace of mind to families who have to take responsibility for their loved one's
last years. From a friendly welcome to a busy and efficient laundry and a kitchen producing excellent, well-balanced menus and special diets are catered for too. 24-hour nursing covers the health and comfort of all, and carers give personal care whenever required. General housekeeping covers the continuous job of keeping all areas clean and all sections are overseen by management based at Haven Lodge. They know their residents and do an excellent on the spot job.

When my husband and I went to visit this home it felt so right for my mum.
Since my mum has been living here her health has improved. The staff treat her with dignity and love. She is now one of the care homes family. The best home ever, staff are amazing and the food is beautiful. The event's organiser
is also amazing.
Nothing is too much trouble, a real diamond of a care home.

I cannot fault the care my mum received Haven Lodge. They all go above and beyond their care and kindness to my mum. I visit daily and am also welcomed with open arms always offered a drink and cake. I am always advised of any information I need to be aware of concerning the care and any pain relief
she may have needed during my absense. I cannot wish her in better care than at Haven Lodge.
