Thank you for your feedback regarding your visit to Little Holland Hall. We are very pleased to know that you feel that the staff are all so friendly and that your friend has a special connection with one staff member in particular.
We are also delighted to see that you find our services, care and facilities excellent and that you would be likely to recommend the home.
We are sorry to hear that you feel that some of the food did not always look very attractive. We have recently put a lot of effort into improving our dining experience, to ensure that we are able to cater for all dietary requirements and preferences. As you have found, on the rare occasion that a resident does not like their meal, we are always more than happy to replace it with an alternative.

We are delighted to see that you found many aspects of our service excellent, including treating residents with dignity and our care support. It is also very pleasing to know that you would be extremely likely to recommend our service to others.
Thank you also for your comments regarding the showering facilities at the home.
As part of our continual program of service improvement at Little Holland Hall, we have recently had a shower room installed. Unfortunately, due to a delay in the build, there was a period of time when residents were not able to use the facility and this included the time your partner was with us.
Whilst we understand that your partner prefers a shower, every opportunity is given for residents to have a bath, ensuring that high levels of personal hygiene will always be maintained.
At Little Holland Hall we have an open door policy, and you are always welcome to visit and take a look at the new facilities that are now available.

We are sorry to hear that the food offering did not meet your expectations. The equipment we serve the meals from should ensure both the plates and the meal itself are of an adequate temperature. We will of course review this with the team and make improvements where possible. With regards to the noise, we understand that the home manager offered you a different room during your stay to try and resolve this; however should you wish to discuss any of these points further or have any questions on a future stay then please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff or the home manager.
