My mum is a resident of the home and she suffers from mixed dementia. The care home is excellent in dealing with her needs, and their attention to detail over her care is amazing. Mum looks well and is happy, and I cannot thank the home enough for caring for her in this difficult time.

The home is kept clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Care give is to a high standard.
Choices are given at meals times, and the food is varied and of a good standard. Staff work extremely hard to provide lots of things for residents to take part in. My dad has good relations with all
members of staff and is happy there.

All the care staff are brilliant. They are always extremely helpful and I have complete faith in their abilities and dedication. I can't thank them enough. They have always treated me with great friendship and courtesy.

My mother was taken to Bluebell Place as an emergency from hospital. I cannot give anything but my praise and love to all the staff there but especially a senior nurse. He had a way of explaining things to the family so we understood all that was happening to our mother. I was allowed to see her sometimes
and they also did not mind the bombardment of phone calls asking how she was. They also kept me updated on her condition. They treated her as if she was part of their family and kept a close eye on her making sure she was comfortable, even putting her soft animals around her. When visiting, the feeling was of peace and contentment on the Nursing floor. Unfortunately she passed away but I have nothing but respect for the staff and would recommend them. 5 big stars. Thank you.

Mum has been in Bluebell since December. We visited beforehand and found staff helpful and condition very good, mum took time to settle in as most do but the staff we have found are very good with mum and the others that we have seen.
During the Covid pandemic, we have had regular contact supplied
by the staff with video calls and updates on Facebook.
This is somewhere that I would recommend you visit if you need to use a care home in the future.

My father has been a resident at Bluebell for over 6 months now and is happy there.
As a family, we are more than happy with all the staff and carers that see to our father's care and wellbeing.
The home have been exceptional during the COVID lockdown, and give us regular video calls which has been
fantastic!
Recommend this home to anyone.

I took my mum today to stay for 2 weeks respite. It was a very nice place and the staff were very nice, the only thing I can say about this place is that it smells very badly of urine. I was there for an hour and couldn't wait to get out and took my mum home. The bedroom was smelling of very strong
urine I had to open the window, the carpet hadn't been hoovered, I wouldn't recommend taking any of my family there.

We would like to thank the entire staff of Bluebell court for the care and attention they gave mum whilst she was in their care.
She was always clean neat and tidy well fed and cared for.
Her room was kept clean and her clothes changed and laundered daily.
Regular entertainment was organised to keep
the residents involved.
Whenever mum was out off-sorts the staff were quick to pick up on it and seek medical if needed.
