We are very happy with the care my mum receives. The staff are very easy to communicate with and always contacted me if there are any problems. From the reception staff to carers and management, all cared for the clients in their unity.

My dad has been a resident at Grays Court for the last six years, and if it was not for the hard work, care and dedication of the nurses and staff, he would not be alive today. Since being at Grays Court, he has had two spells in hospital, and both times, the hospital has said there is nothing more
that can do for him and sent him back to Grays Court to die. Both times, the nurses and staff have nursed him back to health, for which we are forever grateful. I cannot recommend Grays Court and the staff highly enough.

My father has been at Grays Court for the last two years, following the progression of vascular dementia. Over that period, he has been looked after with care and compassion, treated as a member of the Grays Court family and loved by all of the staff, despite the challenges faced.

I find the staff are all very helpful; they keep me informed at all times about her (Mum's health). Mum seems very settled now. I can't fault the staff; they go above and beyond.

I am very happy with every aspect of this care home. My mum always tells me she is happy. The carers always have time for the residents, which is really nice to see. They are constantly offering drinks and snacks, so I know my mum is well fed, and she always looks clean. I am so pleased she is in this
care home and so happy.

The staff at Grays Court are very professional, compassionate and caring. They constantly keep me in touch with news and updates.
Her room is comfortable and after.
After a difficult settling in, the staff did very well to help her feel at home, despite her deteriorating mental health.

Mum has only been at Grays Court for a few days, but we have found it to be a very caring, calm and happy environment. She has been welcomed like a member of the family from day one and very well looked after by the staff, who treat her with kindness and respect and always go over and above to help
everyone, residents and relatives alike. It feels very homely.

Mum has now been a resident for over two years. She has always been treated well with lots of love from staff (a few special ones) and laughs. During Mum's stay, she has had a couple of hospital stays and has been very unwell. I was immediately informed by staff/management, which enabled me to be with
Mum. I have nothing negative to say and, in fact, have recommended the home recently to friends.

He has been very well looked after since he came here in January 2021, since he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The staff here are kind and helpful to him. All the staff are very kind and helpful whenever I visit.

Grays Court carehome staff provide excellent care for the residents and families. My mum is so well cared for and she is safe and happy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They know the residents so well, you can tell it is much more than a job to them. Their manager leads by example and is
a great role model as a leader who knows her staff and residents. She always have time to discuss queries, knows what is going on and helps in any way she can.

I was reasonably satisfied with this care home. But the room smelled of urine, I sprayed it with an odour eliminator but it didn't make much difference. The staff were very helpful and one particular lady, who I thank very much, was diligent and my dad was prescribed antibiotics by a doctor. My dad
told me he did nothing but sit and watch TV for the whole two weeks he was there so some sort of mental stimulant or exercise would have been beneficial. It would probably help the other residents who live there on a permanent basis. But I thank you all for keeping my dad safe while I had a much needed break.

My Father spent the last year of his life, being looked after by the excellent staff at Grays Court in the Thames Suite. It was a privilege to get to know the overworked, and probably underpaid staff. They were some of the kindest people I have ever met and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for
them, in doing what is clearly a very difficult job. Grays Court isn't the prettiest looking building, but its what goes on inside that matters, and I certainly couldn't fault anything there. In short, if you are looking for a friendly, caring and down to earth nice place for one of your loved ones, look no further than Grays Court.
