Unfortunately a very disappointing review, so to deal with the points raised by EB.
There was a price increase in January 2024 following an annual review, which was in line with inflation. This does happen every year and which after several years with us, the family would have expected. The increase was based on several inflationary factors and was not just about staff wages which at that time any increases had not been concluded.
There are no staff shortages and we are still very proud of our home's reputation for not using agency staff.
In the years Mum was with us there were never any concerns raised over her care and we were all sad to see her leave and would welcome her return at any time.
