Job Title: Client Liaison Manager
I am delighted to have joined Signature Care Homes in my role as a Customer Liaison Manager at Signature at Camberley. I have come from a background of customer service, and very much look forward to utilising these skills in a care home environment, offering support to prospective new residents and their families, as they search for a new lifestyle and peace of mind in their surroundings, supported by the best team of caring and dedicated staff.

I joined in 2018 as an activities assistant, I quickly came to love being able to brighten peoples day through finding and providing meaningful activities. Our home looks after over 80 residents, all of whom are special and enjoy a wide range of interests and activities.

I have been working here for over 16 years. Our residents are one of a kind and I take great pride in ensuring everyone is in a clean, safe and happy environment. Myself and my team enjoy being with the residents every day, getting to know everyone individually to ensure we can deliver a truly personalised experience.

Having joined the team in 2018 as home administrator I am responsible for the administrative and financial duties for the home. I ensure that you are greeted with a smile and looked after from the reception team. I love the interaction with the residents and helping the team make this a happy home.
