After 6 years in the social care sector, I started my career as a registered nurse, graduating from Southampton University in 2012. As a nurse, I then became active within the local community before moving into leadership and management.

I’m passionate about creating a strong team culture, supporting staff to work to the level of their expertise and training and adapting to changing models of care. Making sure each nurse under my care is equipped to deliver a high level of service at all times.
I’m very family-orientated and enjoy spending time with the family, managing the children's hectic lives and enjoying days out. I’ve a particular interest in Theatre and gardening.

I started my career as a registered nurse in 1999 at Wanless hospital in a small city in India. I came to the UK in May 2003 and started to work within a care home organisation in Hertfordshire, I then moved to Southampton in 2010 with my wife and 2 children.
I have worked in different roles as a nurse (senior nurse, acting deputy, deputy manager, acting manager).
As a nurse, I have been passionate about caring for residents. I like to work with my team to promote and empower them. Nursing is my primary job role, but I also worked in other departments as needed to ensure the residents’ care is not affected.
I enjoy watching movies [comedy], and listening to Christian songs. I have a great sense of humour.
