I always have a friendly and welcoming experience when i visit Lavender Lodge I go away with a warm and confident feeling that my mother is being looked after by people who genuinely care.

Mother was placed by adult services for two weeks whilst some building work was carried out. The care home was easily accessed and well secured. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very good with bathroom and TV provided. Mother was taken down tot he day room and had a lot of company
each day. All meals were very good with more than enough provided. during the visit a new catheter was fitted by the nursing staff as well as all prescribed medication. A very enjoyable break for mother who would not hesitate to return in the future.

My step-dad had been in hospital for a number of weeks. He was unable to return home because of his condition. He needed 24 hour care.
I visited the home and was shown around and spoke to several staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was very nice and what was required for my step-dad's
needs.
All telephone communication and visits were always treated as important, and we were always full informed on every aspect.
He was only there for 3 weeks, but we say he was well cared for and comfortable. I visited every day with my mum, and nothing seemed too much trouble. My step-dad died on the 18th of January, she he was only at Lavender Lodge a short time.

As a regular visitor all the staff and management are extremely polite and friendly. The residents are well cared for in all aspects of their needs. The home provides as many activities as possible and all are invited to attend. The staff and management are always helpful and the residents seem happy
and engaged. The catering is of the highest standard and I would highly recommend the home to anyone seeking a place for a relation. It is a joy to visit.
