Your father was a pleasure to care for and we have felt his loss keenly. The team would also like to thank you for the wonderful cupcakes and beautiful card you left; they really were appreciated and our thoughts are with you.

Since joining Caring Homes in 2018, Kelly has consistently focused on providing person-centred care, empowering residents to live as independently and actively as possible.
She believes that every resident deserves dignity, respect, and a safe, nurturing environment. Her approach is holistic, considering not just the physical but also the psychological, spiritual, and emotional well-being of each individual. Her strong commitment to maintaining a warm, supportive atmosphere ensures that both staff and residents feel safe and secure.
A firm believer in leading by example, Kelly values quality over quantity in care and champions ongoing education and training for her team. Known for her honesty and open communication, she and her team earn the trust of residents and their families by providing compassionate, high-quality care.
