Thank you for reviewing Windyridge, these comments are very good for team morale, and also very helpful for people searching for a care home. We realise how important it is for families and friends to stay in contact, but we also have to ensure our residents are protected from Covid. This does sometimes mean restricting face-to-face visiting, unfortunately.

I am the operations director for the Angel Care/MNS Care group of care homes. I qualified as a mental health nurse training in 1991 and as an adult nurse in 1996. I have worked in social care, specialising in older people since 1991, as I made the positive decision to work in this rewarding sector after I first qualified.
I have been a nurse, deputy manager, registered manager, quality manager and assistant director. I have been an operations director for many years prior to joining this company, I have a passion for making a difference and a wide knowledge base, and I love working and being a leader in social care.
