Thank you for taking the time to review our home, it is through a feedback process that we can improve the service that we provide. I am sorry that on this occasion we weren’t able to fulfil your mother’s needs. With regards to staffing, we always operate at safe levels and this is regularly reviewed to match our residents’ requirements. Following recent recruitment to our team, our home now has zero agency use and we are fully staffed in all departments, including 2 recently appointed activities co-ordinators. Our leadership has gone from strength to strength since our Home Manager joined us and he is now well established in post, in addition to having a full-time clinical Deputy Manager. Thanks again for your review, all feedback is much appreciated.
