My mother has only been at Trembaths since February but I remember our welcome on that first day. Members of staff met us at the door, I stayed all day setting her up.
The organised activities and trips out are great. The quality of food cooked on the premises is generally a good standard. I wish to make a special mention to the 'handyman'. He not only does his own work but many other things. His care shown to the residents is wonderful. A credit to Trembaths.

Thank you for your feedback regarding Trembaths. I am pleased that you feel the carers do a fantastic job together and that activities and food are all enjoyed. I note your comments regarding residents being left on their own a little too much in the communal areas. I would like to reassure you that staffing levels are maintained to levels which enable carers to meet the need of our residents the majority of the time however there are times when short notice absence can not be covered even by agency staff. We continue to work hard to recruit and retain permanent staff to Trembaths. Your feedback is much appreciated and will be shared with the team.

a) The Average Rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 17 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 17 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
