As with all our residents, an activity plan is given at the beginning of every week showing what we are doing, when and where. We have looked into your particular circumstance and can see that there was a delay with the care agency you requested to be discharged with, which meant that unfortunately your planned physio sessions came to an end and your discharge date postponed.
