We offer a hot option in the evenings, but we are happy to look at how we can offer more of our resident's favourites into the menu options, our team will be happy to discuss this with you. We will also speak to the kitchen about incorporating more gluten-free options. Family members are always welcome to join residents for mealtimes and if there is a special occasion you would like us to cater for, we are more than happy to work with you to host a family lunch. Please do get in contact with us directly at the home and speak to the staff so we can discuss your comments in more detail and ensure all your needs are being met, including facilitating additional washing as required.

As you will see from the other reviews on carehome.co.uk, Highfield is very proud of the standard of care it provides. Many people are extremely happy with its friendly, homely environment and excellent standard of care. The past two years have been extremely challenging for all of us working in care. To help us deliver the best levels of service, we had to recruit temporary staff to help us throughout the pandemic. Could we also clarify that the physiotherapy you received was provided by the NHS and was not part of the package provided by Highfield. We sincerely regret that you feel our level of care during your stay with us did not meet your expectations.
