Broad Oak Manor is a beautiful Edwardian manor house set within a peaceful village, providing residential, nursing and short stay care, including palliative and convalescence care. The home is CQC registered to provide care for over and under 65 years. It's not far from the busy M25 and A2.

There are lots of places where residents can seek out company or enjoy a little quiet time, with the home having a cosy feel whilst retaining charming period features. They can get their hair or nails done in the salon, settle down with a book in the quiet lounge, or join in with an activity. The home is surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens.

A varied food menu is available, and meals can be enjoyed in a dining room, though residents can choose to eat in the privacy of the bedroom if desired. Snacks, lighter options and homemade cakes are available throughout the day as well as a night bite menu.

The home always listens carefully to what the residents have to say, especially when it comes to planning activities. Pamper sessions, flower arranging, movie nights, and arts and crafts among the many activities that residents can choose from seven days a week, including those who are less mobile.

The standard of cleanliness together with the attentive and caring nature of all members of staff is exemplary. I am very pleased that my husband and I chose Broad Oak Manor as we have every confidence that my father is receiving excellent care and attention. I would not hesitate to recommend the home.

The care she received was first class - the gentle, caring staff made her final days as comfortable as possible.

Nurses are excellent so are most of the carers. Food does not always look appetising and the ensuite is too small to be usable. Carers not always available to answer calls quickly and sometimes there is a shortage of staff.

My mother has felt safe and comfortable for the last 9 months.
The rooms are nice and so are the staff. There are many activities if you want to participate and they check on my mother regularly.

Pleased with the care and the amazing staff. The food could be better as the chef needs to have more responsibility over what is cooked. Residents find it difficult to find available staff to return them to their rooms when desired, this can be frustrating.

During the time I visited my sister we found the care provided to my sister - excellent.
The management and staff showed compassion, love and care for the period of time she was a resident and treated her with dignity. Many of the staff made their time available throughout the day and night to keep
her company when we wouldn't be there which we know she appreciated and made a difference to her quality of life.

My Father has been a resident for 2 years and we could not have wished for him to be in a more caring nurturing Home, it is like a home to home.
He is treated with respect and love by ALL the staff. They were are also very supportive to the family. Broad Oak has a happy feeling to it. Living so
far a way I never worry about my Fathers care.

My father entered Broad Oak Manor in Dec 2014. My opinion of it has been nothing other that superb. My father has improve beyond my dreams and is confident and relaxed. The staff are all exceptional.

Nursing and private residential ensuite beds available.All rooms are tastefully decorated and come with aerial points for televisions, telephone points and a 24-hour call system for added peace of mind. Some of the rooms overlook the home’s attractive garden. Residents are encouraged to make their rooms feel more homely by bringing their own ornaments and photos.
