My name is Kelly,
I have worked in the care industry for 20 years, 19 of those years have been within Cooksditch House, I started as part of the care team, I worked my way to senior level, and I completed my management level diploma in 2022.
I am now the Residential Unit Manager within Cooksditch House.
I have a passion for working within the Care industry and strive to provide the highest quality care to our residents, I pride myself on ensuring that my team of staff always work to the best of their abilities and provide a safe, caring and homely environment to which our residents deserve.

I qualified as a registered nurse in 2006, all whilst remaining at Cooksditch House where I have now reached the position of Clinical Lead and I love what I do.
I want what is best for our residents at a time in their lives when they need care and support to ensure they receive appropriate person-centred care.

I have worked at Cooksditch House for over 14 years, I have a wealth of experience working within the Health & Social Care Sector as an administrator.
Job Title: Receptionist Assistant/Activity Coordinator
My name is Kim,
I have been at Cooksditch House now for over 2 years.
I work as part of the Activity team in the mornings, where by I make sure that the residents are entertained. I like to make sure that there is a smile on everyone's face.
Also part of my role is that I am the assistant Administrator in the afternoons, greeting relatives, I like to be happy.
I have always worked in the medical field for over 24 years, and I can honestly say that working in the care home for me is very rewarding.
